Update: 24 October 12:00pm - We are aware there was an issue regarding inconsistency in the wording of the scoring categories for questions 5 to 8, which has now been resolved. Therefore, the deadline for completing the survey has now been extended to Monday 24 November to ensure your feedback is captured accurately. All previous submissions will still be counted in the final results.
