Spring Clean 2026

To participate, simply use this form to register your event and to request tools, so that we can help you make arrangements, order the equipment you need and help promote your event.

We only have limited supplies, so please only request what you need and recycle where you can.

The closing date to register your event is Friday 6 March 2026. 

Please ensure only one representative from each group emails us to avoid duplication.

Requested equipment will be available from Monday 9 to Friday 13 March between 12pm and 3pm.

To arrange collection of your waste, please email victor.alfonsohernandezvera@fccenvironment.co.uk.

If you have any questions or require any additional support, please email Greenspace.volunteers@walthamforest.gov.uk.

Please send photos of your events taking place, including before and after photos of any areas you are working in, to Greenspace.volunteers@walthamforest.gov.uk.

Please return any equipment to your collection point after your completed event.
