Housing Service: Resident Engagement Strategy
This consultation is for Waltham Forest residents, especially those living in council-owned or managed housing. We want to hear how you would like to have a say on the housing services that affect your home, neighbourhood and community. Your feedback will help us develop our new Housing Resident Engagement Strategy.
Resident involvement means helping to shape services such as repairs, building safety, estate services, customer service, and future improvements to homes and neighbourhoods.
Whether you've been involved before or this is your first time sharing your views, we'd like to hear from you. Your feedback will help us understand what's working well, what could be improved, and how we can make it easier for residents to influence housing services and decisions.
We'll use the results to shape our future approach to resident engagement and improve the ways residents can get involved and have their voices heard.
The survey takes around five minutes to complete.
