William Morris Design Line 2025 event submission form

Please submit this form with information on your event by: 20 June 2025.


This form is to gather information about participants and events for the William Morris Design Line programme in the Argall Industrial Area which will take place between 19-21 September 2025.


By submitting this form, you are agreeing to deliver the event that you describe in the ‘about your event section’ later in this form. The Council will help to market your event as a part of London Design Festival. You will have responsibility for all aspects of event management and delivery.


The form asks for information about your business and you event. This will be adapted and used for marketing purposes including: 


  • On the London Borough of Waltham Forest’s website to list your event 
  • On the William Morris Design Line website to list your event 
  • Marketing associated with London Design Festival (LDF), including event listing/s of the programme on their website and on their social media channels guide
  • Any other press and marketing associated with London Design Festival including but not limited to listings about the LDF programme on London Borough of Waltham Forest channels as well as flyers and print material produced by the Council

This form will ask you for your full name and business email address so we can get in touch with you about your event and the London Design Festival Programme.

Your event listing information will be shared with London Design Festival. 


Your full name and contact details will also be shared by the London Borough of Waltham Forest with London Design Festival so organisers can contact you about your listing and the Dove PR who are working with the Council to deliver William Morris Design Line. Your contact details will not be published. This form also asks for images related to your work which may include images of individuals.
