Your data for this project is managed by a small team at Waltham Forest Council. 

The survey asks for your name, your business's email address and your business's contact number. This is so that we can contact you about the business meeting and other business opportunities specified so we can obtain feedback from businesses about how we can help make the area better. 

Your answers will be treated in the strictest confidence and only used for the stated purpose, in line with Data Protection legislation.

All data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. We use this Engagement HQ platform but do not share data with any third parties. By completing the survey you consent to us processing the data for the above purpose.

 We want to obtain your feedback over a period time which could be several years, we will only hold your personal data for as long as you want us to.  Any correspondence received will include instructions on how to stop being contacted and have your details deleted. 

We understand that there may be reasons why you may not wish to share your personal data, and therefore have included the option to opt out of sharing your name and contact details.
