Improving how we share information.
Talking to people who aren't often heard.
Collecting feedback from residents about social care services.
Our plans for now and the near future include making sure carers are given the right support. We'll also be reviewing supported living services, day opportunities, respite services and dementia services. This work will focus on making sure that plans for these services are led by the people who access them.
