Waltham Forest Council is seeking views from local people about how best to support people to stop smoking. The survey is for people who have smoked/ vaped in the past and quit and those who are still currently smoking/vaping.
The short questionnaire will take no more than five minutes to complete.
Please complete the questionnaire by the 10th July 2026.
At the end of this survey , you will have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 high street gift card. ( The winner will be randomly selected).
