These are draft recommendations for your initial consideration. Feedback will be used to inform our discussion at September’s panel where we will review, refine and collectively agree the recommendations prior to finalisation of the report. We would like you to consider each recommendation and whether it reflects the learning from the review, is sufficiently clear and operational, and if there are any gaps or areas for improvement.
