All Make It Happen 2026 grant recipients are required to complete this end of project survey before they can receive their final grant instalment.
The survey is a way for grantees to record and communicate the impact or their projects. You will also be required to haven a 1-1 catch up with your Grant Manager to delve a little deeper into your experience delivering your project, any challenges encountered and opportunities created.
The survey should take between 45-50 minutes to complete. You can save your progress on the survey as you answer the questions. However, please make sure to create an account on Let's Talk survey platform so that you can update your survey responses and not lose any progress made.
